On October 19th, we invited all our neighbors at the Aviz Trade Center to a networking event.
We felt the need to do this, not least because the hustle and bustle of everyday life means we don’t have time to stop and catch up, even with those closest to us. It sounds surreal, but the truth is that although we all work in the same building, we don’t know each other, or even the wide range of services provided here by all the companies.
That’s how we came up with the idea of organizing an event of Networking so that we can get to know each other better and even exchange services.
What does networking consist of?
Networking is about creating and maintaining connections with other people, companies or groups in order to exchange information and resources, but also as a form of mutual support.
Of course, the quality and effectiveness of your networking generally depends on your ability to establish genuine relationships and maintain active communication. In these circles it’s important to be authentic, show interest in others and offer value to the people you connect with, and it’s worth noting that effective networking can open doors to great opportunities that might not otherwise be so available.
Success
There were many valuable insights that we took away from this event, which gave us new perceptions and knowledge that will certainly help us make better and more insightful decisions!
This event reinforced our belief in the need for continuous learning and sharing knowledge with those around us in order to build strong relationships and promote mutual understanding. In other words, we couldn’t be happier with the result! And that’s why we’re already thinking about the next event!
