Great Encounters Catering challenged us to photograph their signature dishes, from a wide variety of menus, with a white background to present them to potential clients.

It took 10 hours of teamwork – ours and the client’s – to photograph more than 40 dishes in the client’s kitchen, where we set up our studio!

We took special care with the level of detail of each item on the plate: the color, the texture, the placement of the ingredients to guarantee the client’s level of demand, to be faithful to the dish, and to achieve immediate visual impact.
