Federation of Portuguese Bacchic Confraternities

After the briefing meeting with the client, Federation of Portuguese Bacchic Confraternities (FCBP), we concluded that redefining the website’s strategy would be essential to increase traffic and encourage registrations for the International Congress of Confrarias Báquicas, to be held in Porto in 2023.

From this premise, we proceeded to analyze the market, indirect competition and current trends, which served as the basis for developing the project. We then defined the overall strategy, the organization of information and the flow of interactions that would guide the entire user experience.

The sitemap was carefully structured to facilitatandvigation and organize the client’s various contents, ensuring a clear and accessible structure. Although it is a federation, it was essential that the website conveyed modernity, credibility and proximity. At the same time, the participation form was designed to be intuitive and functional, eliminating potential barriers to registration.

We then moved on to organizing the content (copy), creating the digital form and the testing phase, culminating in search engine optimization (SEO).

The end result is a responsive website, with fluid and inviting navigation, which reinforces the FCBP’s institutional identity and effectively promotes its events and initiatives.
